You can return an item within 7 days of receipt
Damaged, Wrong, or Faulty Items
- Email contact@woodyoubuy.com with your order number
- Woodyoubuy must be contacted immediately or within 7 days of receipt if products are damaged, wrong or faulty. After 7 days, we are unable to process this as a damaged item, and the buyer will be liable to any loss in value and return shipping if the item is returned.
- We will require photo proof of the product.
- We do not accept returns after 7 days of receipt of delivery.
- We will be issuing a pre-paid return shipping label.
- All items being returned must be dispatched/shipped within 10 days of the return being approved and must be in original condition (except for the damaged portion that has been reported with photos) and original packaging and not affected by being used in an abnormal way, or reduced in value by delay on your part. If these requirements are not met, the seller reserves the right to deny a return.
- Once your return is received and approved, store credit or refund will be processed (whichever is preferred). Any refunds will be transferred back to the original payment method, eg. Your credit card, PayPal account, or store credit.

- We will be emailing you the return ship-to address.
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping and may ship back the item using the carrier of his/her choice. When using the carrier of your choice we strongly recommend using a traceable and insured form of delivery. Please retain the tracking number for your records. We cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking.
- Once the return is received and approved, you will be given a store credit to the same value of the item and any shipping costs incurred will not be refunded

Items That Cannot Be Returned
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for Woodyoubuy gift cards, personalised products, made-to-order items, and customised orders.

Options
1. Colours:
- This is available in white, black, pastel blue and pastel pink
- The cat parts are in coloured acrylic while the name is in vinyl (if you choose to personalise)
2. Personalisation:
- Personalised name can be in plain font (can be in all caps or mixed) or cursive font (no all caps please)
- In the personalisation box, write how you want the text to be written, just note that we do not recommend all caps for cursive font
Product Info
The money box is made of premium pine wood (for the box), ply (for the front), and clear and coloured acrylic for the parts of the animal
If personalisation is added, the name is in vinyl
Once the money box is filled up, you have to unscrew the clear acrylic at the back of the box.
Notes
Decorations/accessories are not included (specifically the coins!)
Please be aware that the wood we use will vary in colour and grain.
Colour of the product might not be exactly as it is in the photos as it may be affected by lighting, camera settings or time of day the photo was taken.
All items shipped are checked and posted in perfect condition, if item arrives damaged or faulty, please follow up with postal service
